## The problem

Executives cannot follow the technology in detail, but they need to know where things stand, what is at risk and what has to be decided.

## The constraint

Stay short, regular, and focused on what matters.

## What I did

1. **A fixed meeting.** Every Friday morning, I review where we stand with the executives.
2. **Projects tracked.** I show the progress of current projects, with no detours.
3. **Risks said out loud.** I name what can go wrong, before it happens.
4. **Decisions made.** I leave with decisions, not just observations.

## The result

A review every week: projects tracked, risks known, decisions made.
