## The problem

Seven vendors work on the same infrastructure. Without a lead, each one fixes their own piece and nobody sees the whole.

## The constraint

Each vendor has its own contract, pace and limits, and the whole must stay consistent.

## What I did

1. **Seven clear roles.** I define what each one does: two cloud hosts, a monitoring tool, an external SRE, an external DevOps, email, a telecom carrier.
2. **One point of contact.** Everything goes through me: requests, priorities, trade-offs.
3. **The full picture.** I keep the complete map, so a change on one side does not break something on the other.
