# An assistant keeps the thread during an absence

An assistant on a European server, with a model that retains nothing, prepares the work of an absent leadership team.

## The problem

A leadership team has to keep track of its projects during a long absence.

## The constraint

Sensitive data: no US server, and no retention by the model.

## What I did

1. **Read, never modify.** The assistant reads the mailbox and the project tool, and never changes anything.
2. **A European server.** I set up the orchestration (n8n) on a European server.
3. **A model with no memory.** I use a European model, which retains no data.
4. **Every Monday.** A summary must arrive every Monday morning, and the assistant can be questioned from a phone.

## The result

Being set up. The leadership team will be able to ask an assistant that prepares their work, as the infrastructure bot does for the teams.
