An assistant keeps the thread during an absence

The problem

A leadership team has to keep track of its projects during a long absence.

The constraint

Sensitive data: no US server, and no retention by the model.

What I did

Read, never modify

The assistant reads the mailbox and the project tool, and never changes anything.

A European server

I set up the orchestration (n8n) on a European server.

A model with no memory

I use a European model, which retains no data.

Every Monday

A summary must arrive every Monday morning, and the assistant can be questioned from a phone.
